We offer both options! Most of our clients go for our all-inclusive cocktail packages, which cover everything — premium spirits, fresh ingredients, ice, and glassware. But if you'd prefer to supply your own alcohol, we can run as a 'dry bar' setup too — just let us know what you're planning and we’ll make it work.

It depends on your guest numbers and the kind of service you're after — but we’ll always guide you here. As a general rule, one bartender can comfortably serve up to 20–25 guests for a cocktail-focused service. We’ll recommend the right team when you enquire, to keep everything flowing smoothly and bring a great atmosphere to the event.

Our mobile bar setup includes a sleek, professional bar that looks the part and helps us work efficiently. It comes with all the tools, bar mats, buckets, and serviceware we need — plus some styling touches to keep things looking sharp. You can add this to any booking for $200.

Absolutely — we love that. You can pick up to 3 cocktails from our menu, or we can work with you to design something totally custom (maybe a twist on your favourite, or a nod to the special person of the day). We’re all about making your event feel personal and memorable.

Yes — if you're going with our cocktail package, we’ll handle everything: glassware, ice, spirits, mixers, fresh juice, and garnishes. If you're hiring us as a dry bar (staff only), we can still supply extras like glassware and ice at an additional cost. Just let us know what you need.

The earlier the better — especially for peak seasons. We usually book out a couple weeks ahead, but sometimes we can jump in last minute if the schedule allows. If you’ve got a date in mind, send us an enquiry and we’ll let you know if we're available.

We’re based in Freshwater, Sydney and service the Northern Beaches, North Shore, Inner West, CBD, and Eastern Suburbs. For events further out, just get in touch — we’re more than happy to travel if it works logistically.

Absolutely — all of our expert cocktail bartenders hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, and are trained to serve safely, professionally, and with great energy. We’re also a fully licensed operator (Liquor Licence: LIQO660038435), so when you book a cocktail package with us, you’re covered for legal service of alcohol at your event. Whether it’s a private party or a corporate function, you’re in good hands.

No problem — we offer extended service for $60 per staff member, per extra hour. We’ll always check in before going overtime, and you can decide on the spot if you'd like to keep the good times rolling.
