We’re a trio of seasoned bartenders — Zak, Paula, and Nicola — each with over 10 years of experience behind the stick.

From world-class tiki bars in Italy to beach clubs in Brazil, cocktail lounges in Canada to weddings across Australia, we’ve shaken, stirred, and served unforgettable nights in just about every kind of venue imaginable.

Now based in Freshwater, we’ve combined our skills, creativity, and passion for hospitality to form Wildfire Bartenders — a Sydney-based team focused on bringing professional cocktail service to private parties, weddings, and events.

We believe in doing things properly — thoughtful drinks, flawless service, and great energy behind the bar. Our team brings the deep knowledge and fine-tuned systems from years in high-end venues and turns it into something exceptional for your event.
