Real cocktails, wherever you’re hosting.

Twelve Signature recipes of our own, from a coconut-washed margarita to a tiramisu martini, alongside every classic you’d expect. Fresh citrus, garnishes cut by hand, spirits batched to the recipe before we arrive. You choose three, and your guests drink as many as they like for the whole service. We plan the menu with you, then bring the spirits, the glassware, the ice and an RSA-certified crew who run the bar from setup to packdown.

Who’s behind the bar.

Over a decade each behind the bar, and 150+ Sydney events as Wildfire: house parties and weddings, hens nights, office parties, product launches and client nights. The crew are RSA-certified and turn up in black, on time, with their own kit. We arrive early, build the bar, pour on time, and pack down so the space is the way we found it.

WE HANDLE THE REST

RSA-certified bartenders, the spirits, the glassware and the ice, and a mobile bar if you want one. A 20% deposit holds the date, and we take care of the rest.

You buy the spirits and mixers from a shopping list we send. We bring the fresh citrus, syrups, garnishes, glassware, ice and the crew.

A fluted bar in black or white, brought in and set up before guests arrive and gone at the end. It flat-packs, fits through a standard doorway and needs no power.
